With Design Theory, we don't just coordinate on the day of the event; we help you cover all the bases. Effective communication throughout the entire planning process is crucial for a flawless day. Whether you've already chosen your perfect vendors or are finalizing your choices, booked your venue date, and need help executing your vision, we've got you covered.
We'll get the ball rolling on all the tasks you need to check off your list. Our package will assist you throughout the entire planning process and take over three months before your big day. We will conduct a final walk-through of your venue to review your setup and take over contact and correspondence with all vendors and the venue. We'll work with you to wrap up all the final details and help you find those last vendors to ensure a perfect day!
